REMNANTRACK · EARLY ACCESS

Find an offcut before cutting new stock

Search the racks for a suitable offcut, with kerf and trim allowed for, before anyone opens a new length.

Search for the length the job needs

Enter the material, the finished blank length and how many blanks. RemnantRack adds the processing allowance, kerf, trim and any setup buffer, and shows the complete calculation before it searches.

Eligible pieces, explained

Results list only pieces of the exact material, in an accepted condition and long enough once measurement uncertainty is allowed for. Each one shows its rack and bin, spare length and why it was ranked where it is. When nothing fits, RemnantRack says so rather than suggesting a different material.

Reserve it for the job

Reserving a piece holds it for you and your job, for 30 minutes by default. Anyone else searching sees that it is taken. At the rack, the station checks out the reserved piece before it is moved or cut.

Reuse you can see

Reports show the lengths reused, operations recorded, rack accuracy and the time spent registering and retrieving pieces. RemnantRack reports what happened; it does not estimate cash or carbon savings.

Early access starts with an agreed workflow. Supported scope and onboarding arrangements are confirmed with you.
