REMNANTRACK · EARLY ACCESS

Offcut tracking for straight lengths

Keep an exact, shared register of reusable offcuts: material, measured length, condition and the bin each piece is in.

Every piece, its own record

Each physical offcut is one record with its own label, even when several pieces have the same length. The record holds the exact material, measured usable length, condition, any batch and the confirmed rack and bin. Identical-looking pieces never merge into a quantity.

Available means really there

A piece becomes available only once its label is attached and its bin scanned. Moves, corrections and rack checks keep the register in step with the rack, so a search never offers a piece that has already gone.

Shared across the workshop

Everyone works from the same register: the person planning a job, the operator at the saw and the supervisor checking the racks. Each person signs in with their own SmartFACT account, and every registration, reservation and cut is attributed to them.

No machine project needed

RemnantRack works with the saws, tape measures and scanners you already have. There is no machine integration, cutting optimiser or ERP connection to set up before the first rack is useful.

Early access starts with an agreed workflow. Supported scope and onboarding arrangements are confirmed with you.
